[/quote] When people say "push" in soccer, they imply things like adding in summer camps or clinics, maybe a semi-private skills coach, and speed training. Kids usually don't have the skills to find these opportunities independently until they are teenagers. Parents do it for them when they are younger. These things are pretty common among affluent kids on top teams. [/quote]
