GAO should evaluate the contracts in the FM space for Palentir as the licenses are not being competed and FM shops should not be being buying software but go through PEOs to prevent this from happening. AF OCMO and Navy FM both have commited fraud and not followed the FAR with both of their acquisitions. why is this not being looked at?[/quote]
