If she cares about employee well-being, she should know the worst places to work at are small locally owned businesses. There's a reason why Target and Walmart and Amazon get thousands of applications from workers who want to avoid working at small mom and pops, who pay less, have fewer benefits and less oversight allowing them to take advantage of workers.
