It's from Montgomery County. I have been taking reusable bags with me since about 2004, when my youngest was a baby. The cashiers at Target couldn't mentally figure out why I kept saying "I have a bag with me." I have enough bags with me 99% of the time, but for that 1%, I always enter 0 for number of bags.
