Teacher here, who is home sick today.  There is no plans for us to call in sick over this.  Stop fear mongering.  We had meetings at school and they said it won’t affect the budget as much as people think.

I don't know; [i]their[/i] [url=https://cdnsm5-ss18.sharpschool.com/UserFiles/Servers/Server_350194/Image/Departments/Budget/FY25%20Proposed%20Budget%20V2.pdf]proposed FY25 budget (pg 26)[/url] shows only $58.4M of the overall $663M budget as being Federal Revenue. That's ~9% of their budget. Did you mean to be off by a factor of 10? Or are you referring to a different Hamilton County? The vast majority of Hamilton County TN's educational funding is clearly and specifically marked as coming from local or state sources.[/quote]
