[/quote] My dd is your height and a size zero and still needs me to hem pants/leggings/sweatpants: teen sizes even in short length are way too long. After a couple times spending money to get things hemmed, I taught myself and became pretty good at it.[/quote] My daughter is also 4'11" and super small. She recently found that boys size 12 jeans fit perfectly without hemming. I'm 5'0" and am wearing teen boys 28x30 jeans. You can get them and American Eagle and Hollister. [/quote]
