"Good schools" is usually just code for "schools with fewer poor students."  I think DC should provide advanced classes for advanced students, in whatever numbers they exist at a particular school.  If you have that, I don't know what really makes a "good" school other than not having poor kids dragging down your test scores.[/quote]
