But this isn't something for someone who is low IQ as there is a 2 year coursework requirement and exams they have to pass, and they also have to be able to demonstrate strong decisionmaking abilities as they are often the only one around for very sick people (many of the available jobs are in home health care and skilled nursing facilities).[/quote]
