I would agree with you if Trump went to the Church during its regularly Sunday service/mass.  But that was not the case here.  This was a special service marking.......the inauguration of President Trump.  Big difference.  The bishop could have chosen not to hold the special inaugural service for....... President Trump in one of the churches within her dioceses.  Or chosen not to have provided over the service herself---the parish Episcopal priest at this Church could have conducted the service.
