[/quote] I'm pretty sure the 31 minute poster isn't from NoVa or they are purposely trying to mislead people. In HS, the block schedule means only 4 classes a day. They drop their advisory period, give 30 mins for lunch and spend about an hour in each their 4 regular classes. An early release is a valid school day in APS where students have plenty of time to learn. [/quote] No the 30 min is accurate, it's not the same in all APS schools[/quote]
