18:15, the person you referenced is without a clue on this topic. A family of 4 has to have an income of right around 42K or lower to qualify for a Free or Reduced Price Meal in the DC public schools. I think the poster is the cousin of word salad lady from Eastern...
It's 42k lower if you have a certain amount of kids! You can even qualify for food stamps depending on how many children and or dependents you have. People have elders to take care of, their upside down on their homes and you may be making a certain amount of money but they base your income on you debt to ratio and that can mean that out of that 100k you really only bring home 42k which WOULD qualify you for FARMS. Sure I don't know how many people are doing this because people are usually embarrassed about this and keep it hush hush but I bet you the ones that do take advantage of it don't spread it! Plus I don't know what any other state offers or city, I can only speak for DC and DC has a lot of resources to offer its residences and "rich" people love free shit! With that's said, you may be surprised to know who's out there trying qualify for what and then turning around to talk about those same people when they are in fact those people. Come on, am I really saying something that's so hard to swallow?
