I was a goody two shoes also and when left alone I just took longer showers than normal and danced around the living room with music blasting (my family's version of blasting - you couldn't hear it from outside the house). You're missing the point. Even a good kid could get sick, fall down, there could be a fire, etc. He can't drive himself to the doctor. HE doesn't need a babysitter but someone else in the house just to sleep or something. [/quote]

No he does not.

You all send your kids to school and there is a MUCH higher chance they will die there.

Stop the worrying

If he gets sick he takes meds and relaxes. If he needs to go to urgent care he asks a friend or family friend or he Ubers.

If there is a fire, he calls 911 and leaves the house

If he falls down, he gets up.

Ahh I was thinking the same thing. All these long winded posts and I’m like if you just get laid you would be less stressed and not so over involved in micromanaging your teens lives. They might have sex. Gasp!!!

And guess what? They need masturbation or sex too. But you all think it’s healthier to lock them up and they look at porn all day instead.
