I did not choose- it is the only provider for the school

Well no, some kids can and some can't. It depends on their development. Not everyone is typically developing and they still have the right to aftercare. Sometimes a kid needs to pee and that delays the whole thing. Sometimes they can't find their items. All kinds of things can make it slower. [/quote]
