That is one of the strangest comments.  In fact not having to throw your two screaming kids in a car and fight for a parking space, you will be thankful you picked a house where you can walk to a bunch of restaurants.

Seems like a completely different point from the parent with those kids still wanting restaurants and coffee shops to which they can easily walk.

How big of a bill does anyone have at a coffee shop BTW?  You go and grab a fancy coffee and a muffin...if you have your screaming kids you get them hot chocolates.
