People should also remember that, prior to the IDF’s invasion of Gaza a few days after 10/7, the Biden administration put as much pressure as they could on Sisi to at least allow Palestinian women and children to cross the border into Sinai so that they wouldn’t be obliterated in the forthcoming onslaught. Sisi adamantly refused to let them in. I see no reason why he would now.[/quote]

Was it any surprise that Egypt didn't want anything to do with the Gazans?  What country in their right mind would import people whose entire history has been one of attempting to destabilize and overthrow their nearest neighbor?  Until they change their tune, they will remain unwelcome everywhere.  [/quote]
