If you’re defending people who refuse to shovel, I highly doubt your dog complaints were actually frivolous. More likely that you’re just an irresponsible home and dog owner. Also you are able to report anonymously. Especially for something like clearing snow where you can actually see/prove very easily that it wasn’t done. [/quote]
