I read that thread, (as well as this one) and in regards to chairmageddon 1 I am very curious as to what actually happened. Especially since apparently chair thrower was cheered loudly at his graduation?!

As an aside about the current situation I can absolutely see why filming fights/attacks should sometimes be punished. The [b]last thing[/b] anyone should want is social contagion where people start fighting just to film said fights and get likes on social media.

But, there’s a difference between a kid who just happens to pull out their phone. And one who specifically has their phone out and is ready to record a beating that is about to happen because they were informed in advance of said beating.

The later should absolutely be punished to the same extent as the actual kid who is attacking.[/quote]
