That does not mean "it's just one instance" and let's not be overly strict. It's not "going for the jugular" it's properly punishing an offense that could have killed someone or seriously injured someone. Just because you got lucky doesn't mean there should not be a corresponding punishment. Really, until you have had a friend or loved one killed/injured because of this, you apparently cannot understand. Which is really sad that it takes something happening to your personally for you to grasp the dangerousness of it [/quote]
