When my father died (he was not the direct cause of trauma, but was associated with it), I wondered at first if I would feel a little more free of it. But ultimately, it didn't make any difference. Now I find myself wondering if I'll feel better when those directly responsible are dead, but I suspect that won't help any either. It's something inside me now and not out there anywhere. [/quote]
