Just like caffeine usually wakes people up but for ADHD people caffeine comes them down. I think for people who are constantly in control and have to emotionally regulate all the time. Alcohol doesn’t make them anxious cause they’re always anxious. It brings them down to a normal level and that’s the problem.[/quote]
