But for whatever reason, tons of smart kids are preferring to apply elsewhere these days. And you see that in the numbers. The return to test mandatory has affected applications to a number of schools this year that were previously TO. But Harvard is the only top 20 school to experience a multi-year pattern of declining applications. [/quote]
