It's very $$$$ to modernize an older mcMansion like this, many consider dated. Although it's perfectly livable obviously and would better serve someone who can appreciate its classic style and will know how to furnish it, and not require too much work. Floor color and some custom paint and it might be all some people need. I like the lot better, it's bigger and more private. You don't have others stare at you at your own pool. Hard to find this in denser inner suburbs.[/quote]
