Interesting what is considered sexual harassment. I saw a crazy homeless guy near the West Falls Church metro who was deliberately exposing himself to anyone who could see it. I did see him and yuck. I don’t consider myself a victim of sexual harassment. But, according to the study’s definitions, I would be counted.[/quote]

I don’t know if I would call it anything other than witnessing someone else’s mental illness.
