Musk is a good engineer. He should have stuck to that. I don’t like him because much of his wealth is from the U.S. taxpayer and he has abused his position.  Joining Trump has just exacerbated his napoleon complex. [/quote]

He didn't need to stick to being an engineer because he's an innovator. Took his wealth from pay pal, took risks and has developed multiple companies that are contributing greatly to the Country and the earth. Your assertion that much of his wealth is from the U.S. taxpayer is ridiculous. Subsidies for Tesla were under Democrats if that's what you mean. The relationship with the Govt. and SpaceX is a win win. You just harbor a bias towards the guy that will never go away. I'll happily take my 2.6M in TSLA stock in my portfolio that I bought at $2.00 a share. Companies like Tesla and SpaceX aren't successful because they are run by dullards. I'm done conversing with you, you are not worth engaging.[/quote]

$4.9 billion of US taxpayer money is not chump change.

The relationship between the USG and SpaceX is not benefiting the US taxpayer.
