Showcases are one of the dumbest things about US soccer 
Kids getting evaluated after flying or driving for hours and worse, they are at 65% performance on their 3rd game when the scout decides to evaluate them. [/quote]

If your player is doing the job, scouts know you player before the scouting happens in the game. Constant communication should be key and highlights etc.[/quote]
