[/quote] The kinds of Medicaid cuts the Republicans have talked about — repealing or cutting funding for the ACA Medicaid expansion and/or funding Medicaid with a block grant to each state — are also going to weaken the finances of rural hospitals, many of which already are on the brink of closing. MAGA gonna have to drive to the big city for ER and other hospital care.[/quote]
