When he was in office, he made Medicaid harder to get by letting states impose work requirments that were more costly to administer than to just give the people money. When people are found disabled in the first place -- a very difficult decision to get in the first place from SSA -- the shouldn't constantly have to scramble to get their pittance every month and basic health care. We have seen who is is. He's a monster.[/quote]
