We did McLean for three years but it became cost-prohibitive. Yes, we hired additional tutors on top of McLean's tuition. It also didn't provide the support DC needed. DC needed more direction and less homework. Mclean and it's teachers were not responsive -perhaps because half of the students were not SN at that time. In the end we went public with an IEP for high, which wasn't perfect but did get DC into a good college. Check the high school's college placement if you think you are going to stay. It was not goid when we were there.[/quote]
