My kids are in 4th and 6th grade and we live in TOV. Kids are involved in all sorts of activities and DH and I have a number of different circles of friends. Have no idea what people are talking about with Vienna being cliquey. With over 15K residents in the TOV alone I think there are plenty of options for finding your people!
