I don't believe for one second that porn is going to be banned but I just want to push back on regulating morality. All laws to some extent are based on morality. Is murder moral? No. Is stealing moral? No. Is fraud moral? No. Etc. Etc. [/quote]

Just like the crap about abortion now it's DONE it's the state level they're still saying if trump wins you won't be able to get an abortion or birth control anywhere. There are clear plans to outlaw abortion nationally using the Comstock Act.  Attorneys General in 3 states have challenged the availability of the abortion pill on the grounds that reducing teen births injures their states because it will reduce their representation in congress (population will go down if teens have fewer babies).  It is not a done deal that a national abortion ban will happen, but Trump will be handing power to those that want it.

Right now pregnant women are avoiding travel to the states with Trump abortion bans because they fear for their health should they have a health event in those states where doctors could be jailed for providing necessary healthcare.
