I was able to get my medical records from Foxhall today. I was emailing with the records person, and she had me fill out an authorization form and send it back to her via email, and then she was able to send my medical record as a PDF through the portal, which is now working again. I was then able to go into my new practice’s portal and upload them there. Hope you get yours soon!

That’s promising! I filled out the authorization form yesterday morning, emailed with her Thursday and today, and she said she was working on it. But still nothing. Fingers crossed I get it Monday. [/quote]
