It's really more about which hands you grease with private lessons or other USA swimming program you transfer from.

The elites enjoy denying kids opportunities to practice on racing blocks, then demanding they use them at tryouts.  It makes them feel entitled for their privilege of using public resources.  They think they deserve it because they are superior cheaters.[/quote]
