[/quote] Florida man is mostly because they have sunshine laws so everyone hears about crazy stuff and weather such that people prone to stupid behavior can be out there doing that stupid crap for 12 months out of the year. Crime goes way up in the summer in northern areas for exactly this reason.[/quote]
