Let's be even more clear. Which candidate, when asked "how you would go about tackling the deficit problem", responded by saying he would get rid of Obamacare (a move that increases the deficit) and cut subsidies to PBS (adding that he loves Big Bird).

Whether you like it or not, whether you think it is important or not, Romney cited cutting funding to Big Bird as one of his top two deficit cutting policies. That is just about as clear as you can get.

Yes, it can be damaging when doing critical thinking on one's toes, but at least an attempt was made, wink wink.  This is yet another example of demands for examples and the answer provided, just to be attacked.

What about the President's plan to "halve the deficit"?  Dare we ask how he plans to accomplish that?  Oh wait, House Republicans kept shoving new spending and programs at him, right?[/quote]
