1000%  things like this is like a rude awakening for parents who feel the coach will be fair and been loyal but overlooked[/quote]when parents start talking interclub… some lucky coach hits the lottery with a walkon team of strong players.  The loyalty is only to your dc. Not the club lol. No different from work. Short term decisions have long term consequences [/quote]

Just not enough slots and way more competitive and calculated.  I agree tho for the girls. Its way more intimate and coaches know the good players by this time [/quote]
