Because you can tell who they are. Often the two I recognize have DCU swag on; they’re not hiding it. My DH spoke to one a few times and he confirmed who he was and what he was doing there. They’re not hiding in the bushes. [/quote]

I don't understand what you mean by your second paragraph. 
There is gap between our area and where?
What is true player development?
Why don't we have resources, support and qualified staff? What's the evidence of that?

Aren't there players from our region now playing professionally here and overseas?
