I love ginger and nutmeg and all the carrot cake spices. And the whole point of the cream cheese frosting is that the tanginess complements the spice of the cake perfectly. I also love the flavor of the carrots in the cake. There is tons of sugar in most carrot cakes (incuding the frosting) so your comment is making me think you've only ever had really bad carrot cake. Was it gluten free?[/quote]
