If memory serves... they allegedly live in a really basic like $400k (???) house in a middle class neighborhood, she's seen around town driving a gross beat up hand me down Lincoln pickup truck from 2002, which is allegedly connected to the same middling house via Google street view. The old car is not in a WASPy vintage Volvo or Subaru way, it's because they're allegedly flat broke. And people poke holes in all her clothes, bags and trips, often alleging they're sometimes fake and/or rentals or used once for photos. He ain't old money, he's a Georgia hick with a Penn master's degree. She's...unemployed white trash? And now pregnant for the first time in her 30s, which is very late for high status women in the south. People suspect he's still got six figures of student loan debt from Penn. His alleged current job is very low prestige for an elite Penn JD/MBA. It also teases out he's from low class background, because otherwise you'd work somewhere with more cachet an uncle, grandfather or family friend hooked you up at. His professional peers at his dental office private equity shop (???) are all from degree mills.[/quote]

You can try to twist it around however you want to justify being a gross snob but it’s 2024 and no one should care if someone came from “old money from Georgia” or what someone’s father/grandfather did as a profession or if someone used to be a flight attendant or what their income is as a matter of worth as a person. Listen to yourself. It is disgusting to begrudge someone for supposedly working hard, going to a good school, having to take out student loans (oh no, how tacky), and bettering themselves.
