You may be technically correct (big pat on the back for sticking it to one of the stupid and incompetent real estate agents.)  Arguably, DOJ played and is still playing the major role in influencing/dictating the actual terms that are acceptable in the multiple lawsuits and for sure in the overall antitrust lawsuit.
