I played a D1 sport and managed a job all summer in HS and college. Generally you have a practice and travel schedule that you simply work around. He’s not doing two-a-days at weird hours. If he’s got executive function issues you can assist but giving him a pass because “oh he’s so busy!” Is a joke. The only thing he has to do in the summer is sports. Clubs and studying don’t happen then. [/quote]
