They’re both very dysfunctional people and yet I rooted for them. I wanted a happy ending for them and more stability for their kids. I rooted for them even though I’ve been married for 26 yrs and know what it takes…
+1. Sad for both of them. It would have been nice for them to have someone to grow old with. Really wonder if there was one big thing that did it for him or just he totally misjudged his own willingness to put up with the J Lo publicity circus. I think in another 10-15 years he will find a woman in her 30 or early 40s who is something like a make up artist who doesn’t want kids and he will settle down with her to nurse him through until his liver or whatever gives out. (Lots of older male stars end up with this.). Glad he at least got a house near the kids — he’s only got another 4-5 years of being a dad and then he’ll be even more unmoored. The lack of a prenup is interesting. I am SUPER curious about what their marital income has been the past two years — it’s possible it was a net negative with that documentary flop. I just don’t have any sense how much they each get in residuals for all their prior stuff. Their expenses must be insane with all the travel and the weddings and the houses and the staff and the designer clothes. Is there any chance that stuff will get filed publicly????
