Completely agree with this. I grew up going to the DE beaches and now own a place in north OC. We never have to fight for parking and it's free! The beaches are wider down here. The boardwalk craziness is there if we want, but most places close around 10 up here so it's a very family oriented atmosphere. There are several really good restaurants between here and Fenwick. In Rehoboth and Bethany you have to choose between walkability and dealing with the parking nightmare and being packed in on the beach. OC was built for capacity; the DE beaches were not.[/quote]
