This is why you have zoning laws and private property rights. If neighborhoods had a say then it would be a chaotic mess…and next to nothing would ever happen in most neighborhoods. This is just the natural outgrowth of all that. There's dozens of climate change and environmental rules we all have to abide by but for some reason a giant field of plastic grass is ok?
