It seems clear to me what FCPS wants everyone to do in regards to preparing for the test. Of course they are not going to waste their time saying "do not prep." How on earth could they possibly know who did or didn't or enforce that? They go as far as to say there are not practice tests available, while they MUST know about Mercer - they are not trying to point people in that direction. [/quote]
