Lots of people do this. I do it all the time. Boots, fleece leggings, wool dress, long coat. It's one of my favorite looks in the winter.[/quote]

We don't get that much snow here.  Very few people are outside for more than a few seconds when it is cold snow.  You are going from a house with heat, to a car with heat, to a business or other house with heat.

This isn't new york where you are walking multiple places frequently, or walking in slush or snow. [/quote]
