Residents get free multiple pickups for bulk trash per year. You can also get unlimited pickups for metal trash. Stop making up excuses for disgusting behavior. MoCo is in decline because its residents do not care anymore. They'd rather dump on the spot than spend the effort to discard through appropriate channels.[/quote]
