For starters, less violence, especially anti-American violence.
Better diplomatic relations with even one country.  
We killed Bin Laden under Obama's watch, but that was without the cooperation of Pakistan's government.  
Have we gained one ally while Obama has been president?  Have any relationships with our current allies been strengthened?

If I’m reaching out to the Muslim world they understand that I’ve lived in a Muslim country, and I may be a Christian, but I understand their point of view.  My sister is half Indonesian. I traveled there all the way through my college years so I am intimately concerned with what happens in these countries and the cultures and perspectives these folks have.  And these are powerful tools for us to be able to reach out to the world, and when you combine that with my work on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on everything from immigration to issues of genocide, then I think [b]the world will have confidence that I am listening to them[/b] and that [b]our future and our security is (sic) tied up with our ability to work with other countries of the world.[/b]  And [b]that will ultimately make us safer[/b]. And that’s something that this administration [Bush] has failed to understand.”

He said this himself.  He said the whole world, especially the Muslim countries will like America better.  And he doesn't even have to do anything, just as soon as he's inaugurated this was supposed to happen.  He is naive enough to think that the Muslim countries will be satisfied knowing that the American president "understands their point of view."  I've heard the actual audio of this, I'll post it when I find it again.

It's one thing to support Obama.  But you need to engage in willful ignorance to believe he has been successful at foreign relations.[/quote]
