I like helping to mentor the next generation, to pass along my skills and knowledge. Now that we’ll be empty nesters in the fall, I’m starting a business, too, with my extra time. I also play an instrument, work out daily, and volunteer about 3 hours a week. Sitting home playing guitar would get old real fast for me since I’m smart and driven.

My advice is to take some time to rearrange your life to find some joy and meaning NOW rather than at some undefined future point. I get it, you’ve created this vision and are working tirelessly towards it, but I’m not sure it’s a valid vision. Have you dated? How has that gone?
