Coed bathrooms were never a thing at Virginia Tech. I would be so embarrassed having to poop in a bathroom with boys. How mortifying. Poor girls.
What about lesbians, OO doesn’t want lesbians in the stall next to her child either
Not even close to the same thing as sharing a bathroom with boys. When they are there to witness it, boys will always make fun of girls that fart or poop. Ugh, have you imagine? I would live in constant anxiety about when I could poop.
I'm a guy who had these bathrooms in college and this never happened. Not once.
How would you know? Are you a woman? I am a woman who lived on a coed hall at Virginia Tech in the early 2000s. I remember being harassed by the boys as I walked down the hall if I left the bathroom wearing only my towel.
I'm a man. I said that. I was in the bathroom while women pooped all the time and I never heard anyone say anything about it. I asked my wife and another female college friend just now just to be sure and they looked at me like I had grown a third head. I also know that we voted every year on whether to make the bathroom coed (secret ballot) and no one ever voted no. So you're expecting me to believe that this thing that ALWAYS happens is happening where I can't see it, where two women can't see it, and where it never happens to any woman who returned to the dorm for a second year? If you want to avoid coed bathrooms, I don't care, but I do have actual reliable experience here and your stories of a different kind of harassment don't change that.
