It's a city school and hotels are nearby and accessible and essentially similar location-wise since BU has no traditional campus. That's very different than being shoved 3/4 into a typical double dorm on a campus - or being put into a hotel off-campus (requiring a shuttle bus) at a school with a traditional campus.[/quote]
